belt tensioner does nothing?
my belt tensioner does not apply enough tension to my belt now that ive put everything bsck together. ive read about the coat hanger method but does the lower timing cover hafto be off for that. basically how can i get my tensioner tight enough to lock it down with out having to pull the lowertiming cover to do the coat hanger trick.

dont put it too tight now.. or your bearings wont like you..
if you have to put the belt real tight in order for it not to squeal, get a new one
