Battery light stays on. . .

Battery light stays on. . .
What else could cause the battery light on the gauge cluster to stay on? I have already changed my alternator and had the whole charging system tested by autozone and kragen. What else could cause this? thanks for any input.

anybody? the reason i ask is i drive the car to and from SD/LA every weekend, i do not want the car dying half way again (twice)
