In SoCal. Does anyone know who will bar a JDM B16?
Or knows someone who has a USDM B16A3 intake, exhaust, and P30 ecu?

 

Obviously that engine came in the USDM market so any ref will BAR the engine provided you have the proper emissions equipment in the vehicle you're putting it in.

 

Hence the need of those parts.
Ref did visual and rec'd to replace parts and convert to OBD1.

 

You can actually try another ref. Some will actually let stuff slide if you can talk em into thinking that your emissions stuff is functionally the same. Just don't let the others know you're checking around.
