Default balll hone grit?

im looking to get a ball hone for my stock sohc rebuilds i will be using npr rings i was thinking 320 what would you recommend

also looking to get a ball hone for flywheels and rotors i can get 120 grit and 220

320 is perfect on a fresh hone. maybe 220 if its stock bore and the walls aren't perfect.

never used the other type for flywheels and rotors so i can't comment on that.
Just in general 120 is pretty aggressive though
