Default balance question regarding clutch

I'm planning on re-building my engine (B18a1) here very shortly and was wondering. I've heard several times now that to balance the rotating assy. the shop needs the Crank, crank pully, flywheel, and clutch/Press Plate. I've even heard that sometimes they have to drill holes in the Pressure plate to balance everything. Now my question is. If the shoip balances the engine with this clutch what happens when I have to replace the clutch/ PP? Wouldn't that throw everything off? Should I not give the shop my clutch and let them balance the rest of the bottom end and then balance the clutch seperately? Or does the clutch come from the factory pretty much balanced. Does anybody understand what I mean?
