Default Bad TPS Sensor?

I have a 94 Honda prelude 5sp with an F22A1. I bought the car broken down, and fixed it back up and running just by replacing the distibutor. But now the car bogs when i accelerate but gets full power at WOT. I changed my spark plugs, wires and injectors hoping it'll help. but no help. so i assumed it my TPS sensor.

Tested it and it shows 0.57v at idle and 4.60v at WOT. What I've researched is that recommended OEM specs is 0.45-0.50v Idle and 4.5v at WOT.

My main question is, is it confirmed that my TPS is off and most likely the reason it bogs when slow acceleration or going at a cruise?

Here's a video, it bogs until i slowly reach WOT
