Default Bad TB/IM gaskets causing my vacuum problems?

I recently swapped my IM plenum for a larger H23 one, and had to change the TB on that as the #21 MAP sensor nipple was broken on the first one I got. Anyways, like a dumbass I kept the old gaskets, and now my car is idling high and surging. I changed the TB before w/o incident, but I think now with the IM having been changed I pushed it too far.

Do I need to replace the old gaskets? I'm just about 100% sure all my vacuum lines are correct. Do my problems sound like a gasket leak?

TB gasket can usually be reused a few times. IM gasket? doubt it. didn't it fall apart when u removed the IM? or is it newer? i guarantee thats the leak. despite everything else is correct.

A vac leak would definitely cause those symptoms, and an improperly sealing IM or TB gasket would definitely cause a vac leak.

Nah, the gaskets were good. I tightened the bolts around everything and found out one of the TB bolts was missing. It's better, but the problem is still there.

Does anyone know what vacuum number the air boost valve is? I think that might be the other source of my problems...I plugged it once before and I got the same symptoms.
