Default Is this bad, or normal? (spark plugs)

I just put in some ngk iridiums and when i pulled these bosch out they looked burned and nasty, but i dont know what they are supposed to look like, so here are some pics.
is this normal or bad? maybe you can tell me if it looks like my car is running wrong

Yes they are ok I would just change them, those dont belong in our motors

? I know that the 4 prong deal is just a marketing scheme, since it will only arc to one. But why wouldn't they belong in OUR motors?

ya those are normal, but ya leave bosch in the euro cars, they are not really meant for hondas

Get some NGK's.

And your plugs should look a slight tan color. Proper wear and tear.

I had those plugs at one point and my motor did not like them at all.
