Default Bad hesitation when hitting vtec, suggestions?????

Ok, i sold this b16 swap, that was in MY car(92 hatch), and it ran PERFECT. i sold it to a guy that has a 96 civic, now when driving the car at 5700rpm, when vtec engages the car stutters really BAD. im not talking about a little stutter, when it stutters your head about hits the steering wheel. The car has a 0bd2 to 0bd1 harness adapter, with a locash chipped p28 ecu, used to be in my car, nothing wrong with it. The only parts that are not off my car are the distributer and the injectors. We tried another distributer, and thats not the problem, even put new cap rotor, plugs platimum plus 4's(dont know how good those are, i have used them before though). Yes the motor is grounded, at the valve cover and tranny, i even added a ground between the chassis and the thermostat housing. The engine harness is also grounded at the thermostat housing. The ecu IS bolted down. I dont think the injectors are the prob, it feels like more of a spark problem. We had stock plugwires on there, and then upgraded to some msd's, still stutters.
The weird thing is it only stutters when vtec engages, for maybe 1000 rpm, then it will rev fine the rest of the way. Can anyone help me on this one? I know, get a new engine harness, ect...... Im looking for anyother possibilities.. Thanks

Have your coil outputchecked. They are known for weak output. A good trick is to use an MSD power tower plus 8202 blaster coil. This gives plenty of reliable spark. Also check fuel flow/filter (-:

i dont think it has anything to do with oil pressure, the motor ran perfect one day when it was in my car, then i took it out and the next day i put it in the other car, and it has run like that since i put it in. Im thinking the wiring harness has a short in it somewhere

What injectors are you guys using on the motor now? I know this guy that used his stock 92 stock vx injectors on his ls/vtec swap and it had the same problem. His car hesitated extremely hard due to lack of fuel when vtec engaged. I swap his injectors out for some RC 310's and never had that problem since.
