Default bad compression ls/vtec

Did a compression test and came out 75/215/200/210. The car starts but dies when you step on the gas and release it or when you stop the car. Bad pistons or ring? or is it bad valves? didn't do a leak down test and took the motor out. Haven't had the time to look at it and was just wondering if anyone know what the problem was. It was started on a p28 untune ecu to test but it shouldn't matter right? was going to get the ecu chip but this happen. Any help would be great. Thanks. This motor was in a 93 civic si. all wiring are correct, meaning no cel.

Also this motor was supercharge before. My buddie said its a bad ring or piston. Got it for free so it really doesn't matter to me but I just want to find out what you guys think would be wrong.

I'm betting it has a cracked ring...

you cant really say until you do a leakdown test...could be rings and could be valve seals...keep up posted after the leakdown test

found out it was a valve seal. One of the valve has a leak. Im just wondering is all b-series valve the same? like b18c1, b18b1, b16a, b18c5? I got a b18b1 head laying around and was just wondering if I can use the valve out of it. are there any difference between them? I'm guessing yes.
