Default bad compression?

here is the deal my motor (95% sure) fried a ring have not yet did the compression test or leak down but will be done this week. it sat for a month while i fixed other problems with the car none to do with the motor and i drove it yesterday ran fine to a friends house then this morning on the way back it died twice. its only a 2 mile trip... it did not sputter hesitate or any thing was kinda like the fuel pump just stopped sending fuel and the rpms just starting falling and if i pushed the clutch in it would die then sat for a min and started back up.... as for my ? just wondering if the compression was that bad could it cause it to die like that? if not has anyone had this problem with the walbro 255 it is like 2 years old?

Were any of the other repairs wiring related ?????I know you said unrelated but if you were under the dash or near the main harness.....you get the Idea unrelated might not be unrelated after all....How hot was it outside??? wierd question I know but might shed some light on electrical component operation...Let us know..

ok so the compression test was done tonight and went as follows:
#1:220 #2:215 #3:215 #4:195

so i know that much is not enough to cause the car to start so checked the dizzy and yes its bad so thats my problem but it is sprayin oil out the back so i know the # 4 piston rings are bad but how bad is the ? driveable i think not; what do you think, runs fine when it does, before the dizzy problem so if i do drive it and the piston makes contact with the wall which might allready have happen its scheduled to get bored in a month, but just wondering with whats said should it be good to drive?
