bad braking

bad braking
ok this is weird, it started to happen tonight, but this morning my brakes were fine...i have no braking power, yet my bmc is full, and my pedal is hard as a rock, and doesnt really go down at all...
anyone have any suggestions, could it be like a vaccume leak of some sort...
