bad b16 head? something was in there
Just bought this head 00 B16..Previous owner used is as B20V
while cleaning I heard this thing dingaling while pressure washing.
A buddy said it might be from a piston....
any ideas? fuchkk..i'm screwd if it's from the head

It's hard to say what that piece started life as. I can't tell from the photo, but did you check to see if all of the retainers are in place?
If you've looked it over well and can't find anything obvious, you could bolt the head on and do a leak down and/or compression test for a little peace of mind.
