I drive a 97 integra gsr and for a few days now everytime i come to a fast stop i hear a big grinding noise from my front right of the passenger side like something is moving...i think that its my bearings inside my boot that are bad but it doesnt tick or anything and no rips in my cv joints...i tried to figure it out rolling at 5mph i slammed on the brakes it feels like the bearings inside the axles are moving or something...im stumped...any ideas? can bearings go bad without torn boot? i smoked a civic downshifting from 5th to 2nd at 45 mph..could that screw up my bearings...axles have had boots replace a few months back after driving with them torn for awhile...any help is great thanks
