Default B20z modification advice

I have a b20z engine still in my 2000 CR-V, just finished with a large slug intake, and K&N filter, and integra b18 extractors which flow into a highflow cat, and then two LUKEY mufflers, (straight through), and then a 2" pipe to the cannon. I have just replaced sparks with iridiums, and new wires too. My question is that i dont know what to do next... some say cam gears, rails, pistons etc, but im not sure... I had an idea of hooking up a small half size intercooler with a electric supercharger, but have got lip for it. What should i do next?

Its no joke... its a different car, nobody ive seen ever in my city has one that remotely resembles a modification. I want to stand out, besides, one or two turbo 'v's can crack the 13 second mark... not that i want to do that, i just want it to perform a litle better... well any help would be appreciated

if you want to step up and turbocharging it then i'll be more than happy to help you out, anything else is just wasting your time, reason i say that its because the engineis in a fairly heavy car and most people DONT build an NA b20z, you could always stick vtec head on it, but honestly best bang for the buck is a turbocharger, lots more tq and hp.

So do you have any idea of what type of turbo system i can hook up? im thinking a t3t4 with 38mm wastegate, around 5psi boost, i already have a pretty good eghaust header, so a little customizing would allow for the turbo..., probably a half size front mount intercooler, and take half the radiator away, but my only problem is that i am from Perth, Australia, and there aren't many places around here who do up Honda's to this extent. And the other thing is that im not looking to do the vtech conversion, so what will i have to do to the standard head and block?, new pistons, shafts, rails, gears etc?
