Default B20Z Head same as B18B?

Is it possible to put a B20 head on my 96 B18B? I bend a few valves and my friend has this head lying around what all do I need to put it on or is it a direct swap? Thanks

The B20 head has a little more port volume than the B18 head... it's a power builder. I'd re-use the LS cams though.

i think the accualy combustion chambers on the CRV head are slightly larger due to the fact that the CRV block has 84mm pistons.

Negatory. Combustion chambers are the same. They "should" be larger for the larger 84 bore, but they aren't. Cost cutting at its finest.
