b20a engine
wuts up guys......i was thinking about throwing a b20a in a EK.....cus like that one saying........theres not replacement for displacement......i was thinking about that.....is there any setbacks on the b20 block.......if so is there any way to make up for it by adding any mods or stuff? thanks.....
There is one major problem. It won't bolt in. And there is no easy way to make it bolt in. It is also one of Honda's less well designed motors. If you want two liters, go for a B20B or B20Z.
Do you mean B20B? The B20A is from the 3rd gen prelude, (91 looking) and doesnt really do anything well. The B20B is not only more powerful (9.6cr version) but also has the advantage of having its parts (cams, header etc) interchange with an LS. Plus....torque is badass.
