Default B20A build up

This year I'll be starting my Diploma In Apllied Technology (Automotive Engineering) course, and one of our projects is to take an engine apart, fix it up, etc.
I was thinking about building a B20A to use in my Prelude. I currently have a B20A 12 valve SOHC in my car, and was thinking about building a B20A 16 valve DOHC.

I'm not 100% sure if I'll do this yet, it depends on a few things such as money (got a student loan tho) and how much power I'll get out of it.

I've done some estimating of how much power I can get, just wondering if it's correct or not.

B20A 2.0L DOHC, 145HP
New conrods, pistons
Bore it from 81mm to 86mm -> 10% increase in displacement
160HP
Increase compression from 9.4:1 to 11.5:1 -> 16% increase in HP
185HP

86mm is getting on the high side, but I read a web site which said it's possible on a B18A block, which is the same as a B20A block.
If it is too high, here are some figures for 84.5mm and 85mm size bores:
84.5mm 2.13L
85mm 2.15L

EDIT: Had the wrong HP values in there.

Bump.

Just want to know if increasing the displacement by 10% would give 10% more power.
Also, want to make sure a B18A is the same block as a B20A, since that's what I got my figures for boring from.
