B20 vtec upper timing belt cover
I have a B20 vtec without a upper timing belt cover, I bought it like that, anyways, I want to put one back on, the only thing is all the b20 vtecs I see don't run them either. My question is can you run an upper timing belt cover on one? If so what motor would i need to get it off of?(any b series vtec?)

The vtec upper cover doesn't line up very well with the b20/ls lower belt cover. This is one reason that many people don't use it.You can make them fit together ok with a little trimming.

Re: B20 vtec upper timing belt cover (Tarmac Junkie)
I have just built my b20vtec, using the b20 bottom cover and both the b16 top covers it didn't fit exact on the ends but the main casing lined up and also it lined up with the valve cover, hope this helps!
p.s. you do have to cut off a little bit of the plastic on the inside of the cover at the front to line up with the edge of the block properly though.
