Default B20/Vtec Questions

Will I have to mill anything on my P72 Gsr head to fit the JDM B20b block? Any idea about the valve relief clearance?

other than the usual dowel pin moving and oil port plug, the head is fine.
You might want to open up the valve reliefs on the stock pistons though.

Cut the pistons? I am assuming a 3-layer head gasket would be a wise decision in this case too?

yeah stock head gasket no milling of the head unless nessicary....

the thing is with b20 pistons honda designed them to work with 31mm intake valves.. your putting 33 mm vtec valves in there and there just too wide... there is a chance of the valve hitting the edge of the valve relief of the piston.. im in the process of figureing out just how likely piston to valve contact is with no advance and no milling..
