Default B20 Vtec REV problem

i have a B20Vtec in my 94 DC2 and when i rev it up it will only rev up to like 4200 RPMS and then it wont let me rev past there..Can anyone help me with this problem

what ecu are you using? check your wiring. any CEL's?

I am running P28 chipped to my specs from Xenocron but there is a CEL but when i pin it to flash the codes it wont let me anymore

ya it wont blink anymore before when i tried to jump it with a different ECU it gave me the code the one thats in the DIZZY so im wonderin if that might be the problem

Absolutely, this means either the ECU or chip is faulty.

x2 bad rom most likely.. i can vouch for xeno's and this is weird as hell check if the chip is installed correctly or something.
