Default B20 potential

What is the potential of a B20 with no vtec? Anyone having good luck with it? Also what is the rpm range of the B20 with upgraded pistons and rods?

Im having pretty good luck with the B20 non VTEC.

Here my last dyno chart:

I had the following mods:

Crower 62404 cams
Crower Dual Valve Springs
Crower Titanium Retainers
Skunk2 Cam Gears (tuned at +4,-4)
Skunk2 Intake Manifold
3" Daimeter Cold Air Intake
JDM ITR header
Tanabe G-Power Exhaust
2.5" Test Pipe

Apex'I S-AFC
B&M FPR

Not too bad for intake, header, exhaust and cams if you ask me.
