Default b20 decided to die any help???

i was running a b20v setup on a fresh full rebuild when i dropped a valve and needless to say the head was absolutely destroyed! but luckily everything else was fine, i used a buddy's ls head to make sure and it started up and ran fine so i bought a b16 head and had no luck trying to start it, it had really low compression but the head passed a leak down test so recently i had tried and ls head that also passed a leak test and while it brought my compression up from cyl 1-4 to 120, 105, 150, 75 now im stumped, i am getting good spark, timing is tdc, used a node light and injectors are pulsing, only getting a code 6 from the ecu and i've checked everything 100 times over, any help would be greatly appreciated thanks in advance!

those compression numbers indicate your motor is fubar'd man. it's not hard to push out a piston from the bottom. i'd recommend that. be sure to check fuel and ignition too.

Even with the new numbers your compression sucks your best two cylinders are 1 and 3 and they are already at max. 20 PSI difference, although the test is not accurate, as you can't start the engine and up to running temp. for a proper compression test.

With that said, they are all over 100 PSI so the engine should run, like crap, but it should start and run.

How did you confirm that timing is correct, both valve and ign. timing?
How did you confirm that you have spark and is it a good spark?
How did you confirm that fuel is getting into the combustion chamber?
Was a valve adjustment done on any of the heads you have installed on the engine? 94

i did the timing which i've had to do hundreds of times so i know i hit all the markers tdc, ign. i can''t be positive but even if it were slighly off would it not start? node light for injection pulse and yes i have resurfaced both the block head and given it a valve adj. and now i am absoutely beat haha

If you have correct timing, [is it B20v engines that a distributer can be installed into "backwards", out by 180 degrees] compression, [above 100] good spark and fuel, the engine should start. 94

Doesn't that strike you as odd??? Did you disconnect your distrubitor when you ran the compression test? Are you getting fuel?

See if your fuel pump is going on and then off when you turn the key.
