Default b18c5 ecu should i keep?

I will be getting a b18c5 engine which is OBD2 and will be putting it into a 93 civic which is OBD1. Is there any reason why i should keep the ecu?

Negative. Unless it has special meaning to you.

..or you are going to convert everything to OBD2 somehow..
