Default Can I chip a OBD2 ecu?

I was recommended a P73 (Integra Type R) ecu for my car. Since it is OBD2 can I have it chipped and programed if I get more mods on the car and need a tune?

Basically, no. You'd be much better-off with an OBD-1 P72 ECU.

Use the ECU that your car came with, and chip that. Or get a P28 and chip that to what ever your heart desires

can you chip a P73, yes but it's not easy nor is it worth it in the long run.
Your best bet would be to drop to OBD1 and have it tuned.
