Default B18c1 block with B16a1 head: WTE?

Someone offered me his B18c1 block with hi-CR pistons. Now my question is what is the expected CR with a B16a1 head and will valves clear? How about the hp/torque figures? Worth the money?

1998 B18c1 block with 11:1 CR pistons +
Port & Polish B16a1 head+Titanium retainers and springs+CTR cams+ i/h/e/

Thanks..

Putting a b16 head on a b18c block will lower compression ratio about .25 from the b18c ratio. Would need info like deck height, dome volume, chamber volume, head gasket thickness, etc. to come up with actual ratio. Hp would only be a wild guess and of no real value.

Yea but the comp ratio is still lower with the PR3 head than if he had the GSR head with the same high comp pistons.

play with the setup here> http://www.c-speedracing.com/howto/c.../compcalc.html
how much is this person asking for it
you could get the head milled in order to bump the cr back up, right?

EDIT: link mistake

Wow that's a cool calculator.. It seems I would get anything from 11.4:1 to 12:1 CR depending on the thickness of the head-gasket. All I want is two-hundred horsies at the wheel .. that's more than enough to smoke my cousin's Imprezza..
