Just did a B18C type r swap, right now i have a p73 hooked up to it, can I just use my p72 obd1, cause i am trying to get my car bar'd got everything usdm; harness, exhuast, cat, all stock. Just need my ecu to be usdm. So can i use my p72 obd1 on my b18c type r?

 

i am not in a baring state but i think the ecu has to match the yr of the engine. and honda never had a obd1 type R. so in a nut shell of all i have read here on HT no you can not
