Default B18C and B16A2 fuel and timing

ok i have a 00 si but i have a 94 jdm gsr long block with si tranny and si ecu ...also a VAFC hooked up...right now im running 20% correction on fuel. I am still throwing a code 23 - Knock Sensor, i replaced the knock sensor and i have a brand new wiring harness so im good there. My question is why would this still be doing this it was running lean before but now with the correction it sounds ok. Im wondering also if the b16a came with more aggressive timing than the gsr did. anything would help fuel maps timing maps or just general knowledge

I think the b16 has even more aggressive timing than a type r. Thats how they are pretty rowdy for a little motor. Even adding cams to them to fell a big difference which I think is the timing issue. Fuel on the other hand I think is a good amount less.
