B18c and B16a Crank pulleys the same?

B18c and B16a Crank pulleys the same?
Hi, I searched but I just want another more clear opinion since people have used different motors.
I am pretty sure both B18c1 and B16a2 crank pulleys are the same but I just want to double check.
I think the only difference in B series are the non-vtecs and vtecs?
