Default b18c advice/help/ going 220+

is it possible to get 220whp horse power out of a 96 spec b18cR
chipped p28 (11.5:1-11.8:1) 91 octane stock bottom end

with skunk2 pro 1's
skunk2 pro cam gears
supertech dual valve springs/ti. retainers/bronze valve guides w/ new seals
supertech black nitride coated flat face valves (flat vlaves to bump CR up by .2-.3 hopefully)
portflow (tom) or alaniz (joe) port and polished head
heads gonna be resurfaced!
3 angel valve job
spoon head gasket (claims a .4 CR bump...to get me to 11.5:1)
ported stock ITR intake manifold
68mm throttle body (tapered)
AEM 3" CAI
logic motorsports tri-y header.
full 2.5" 5zigen piping with a test pipe
(should i just swap the muffler and keep my piping? i have stock ITR muffler atm...its gonna hurt my top end i already know! if i swap ill go with one of these)
Greddy evo 2 or Tpye 1 racing 2/34 exhaust (T1R) any sugestions?...i love the T1R exhuast sound...its pure sex

290cc prelude injectors
B&M FPR ( pressure its gonna be around 52-58 psi..hoping to be at like 75-85% cycle duty at 8500-8900! or should i get 310's?)
moroso oil catch can
MSD blaster coil
8.5mm wires

tuned on hondata S300!

gonna port match the header to the head!
also port matching the intake manifold so i can get the best possible flow!
with these mods and a good tune can i push 215-220-225whp
(anywhere over 215 and im happy)

and ive seen these cams perform what i want personaly. put down 224 to the wheels same motor with stock bottom end. wasnt sure of his other mods though!

would my supporting mods sufice?
its gonna be a dailey driven

so nothing higher than 11.8:1
and wanna keep a stock look under the hood. (i/h/e...so no ones the wiser)
thats why im staying with stock intake mani.
and going with prelude injectors over the RC's

plz any advice is greatly appreciated.
i want the T1R exhaust but i also want something quite! (any suggestions)

is there a better performing intakeor cam gears!

with a good PnP. and these mods/upgrades and a nice tune(probably bubba at do-it dyno) or eugene over at pro strete!

im hoping for at the very least 215 to the wheels

this is the concept i was told as well. so it would not only be stealthy like i want
but would be a better spray pattern if i bump up the pressure!

im doing a full head built and full tune.
(massive tuning...i want it to be perfect lol or close to)
^^ meaning its gonna be tuned till it runs right with idle and all!!

i think 215hp+ is very abtainable.
bc i see people with roughly the same, (some better some worse) builds doing it.
i believe its all in the tune!

my main questions are...

what tuner first off:
max - logic motorsports tuning in anehim, ca
eugene - pro street import in la miranda, ca
bubba - doitdyno in signal hill, ca

(im leaning towards bubba cause im gonna go spray later...and his sleeper hatch is fu*king amazing)

also what intake is best...i know mines good but is there better?
exhuast i want something that performs but nothing to loud
header is major needs great ground clearence cause im running pretty low

anyone pitch in here if you think theres something better out there for me (especially since i will be spraying a 75 shot in the future)
whether u belive its better valve train i/h/e anything im open to all options

ive got more than enough to build the car!

looking for 215-225 tops. on a stock bottom end!
