Hello everyone, i just signed up to do some research for a mate of mine.

He has an old school integra with a B18B2 motor out of a VTi-R and he is interested in putting the B18C Type R head from a 2000 model integra Type R onto this engine. What we need to know is it possible (we are assuming so but then again dont know much about these engines) and what else would have to be done rather than simply bolting the head on.

Any help you guys could give me would be greatly appreciated.

 

do a search here on h-t for ls/vtec, you'll find plenty of info on how to put a vtec head on a non-vtec block if thats what you mean by b18b2; never heard of it.
