B18b1 ECU on a Multipoint on D series

I have a Dual point intake on a d series engine, but i have a multi point intake system that i would like to uses, and i was wondering if i used a b18b1 ecu that i had laying around if i would have any issues?

Year make model? And even if you convert to multipoint a B18B would not be good for your setup.
