94 integra. B18B motor. dont know the miles. AEM short intake. DC headers. stock exhaust system has a leak near the muffler . running 87 octane. brand new oil. new spark plugs NGK gapped at 0.044. No CEL. 14 degrees BTDC.

Do a complete tune up, change your oil, then go do a pre-test, if the numbers are still bad, you may need to check to see if your O2 sensor is working, maybe even you cat. is going out.

 

just changed oil and spark plugs. yeah im changing the o2 and cat.

 

A fresh O2 sensor and Cat should knock those number down big time

Also, i can't remember what Timing specs are for LS, but usually retarding the timing a little lowers your HC numbers but increases NO, so maybe your timing can be advanced a bit to lower those high NO numbers.

 

stock timing is 16* +/- 2* at idle. mines set at 14*BTDC. so what should i do? im trying to pass both HC and NO. where can i buy a new cat and o2. and which one should i buy? brand?
