Default b18b crank and rods in a b18c1

ok will this set up work because if it will then it would be like ls/vtec but in a way easier and a little more reliable kinda..this would give the r/s ratio of the ls while the oil feed and vtec essentials of the gsr.. i dont know if this will work though, i havent heard of anyone doing it so i thought i would ask you guys because this like a possibility and i dont see why this wouldnt work out well...please help me
thanx

Not to be a smartass or anything but this is like the 5th thread that I've seen on this subject this week.

Yeah it'll work and if you're determined to build a frankenmotor then this is the second best way to do it. I'd like to mention however that you'll gain only 37cc of displacement, will be tossing stronger GSR rods in favor of weaker LS rods, a superior Vtec crank for an LS crank. All this for 1.8mm of stroke...37cc, too much comprimise and not enough pay off IMO.

Dude... when I said I wasn't trying to be a smartass, I really meant it.

I know it may have come across that way but I was merely trying to clue you in that the answer to your question was right in front of your face.

But if you feel the need to flame then flame on.
