Just like it says. Are the Honda b18b rod/main bearings the same as the b20b ones; color per color?

 

yes b20 crank and rods are the same honda part number as the LS. I would bet money on it. The best way to find out for sure is to call honda and get a part number for a set of crv greens then call acura and get a part numbet for LS greens I bet their the same.
