B18 ignition wires compatibility
this may be a bad question but is there a reason i need to buy 94-01 b18b1 specific ignition wires/spark plug wires or can i use ones from an older teg or a civic if they’re long enough

Re: B18 ignition wires compatibility
Length of reach to actually clip to the spark plug is only part of a proper plug wire fit... a proper seal at the top helps to keep moisture out. So, the short answer is that if you want to count on a set of plug wires for long term... buy a set of OE or NGK plug wires for a '94-01 B18B. If you need to use another application plug wire just to get you by until your new wires arrive on UPS... something similar instead of downing the car may be used in an emergency for a SHORT TIME.
