Default B18 head Flow Rates????

Does anyone know the max Flow Rates of a GSR, Type-R, or even and LS head???

Also, if you know the Max Flow Rate of any of these heads after they have a good Ported & Polished (on average... say by Portflow or someone), I would greatly appriciate it!!

I need this info for my Heat Transfer Project. Approximations will do... but the more accurate the better!!

Thanks for helping me out!
