just wondering if anyone knows any aproximit gains or losses from tossing b17 cams into a b16. From what i have heard the vtec crossover is more agressive but nothing else. And before you say that there not worth buying, im only paying $100 for them.

The power gain is not that substancial

 

put them in if you get them free. otherwise not worth it.

 

100 bucks is definetly not worth is you could prob find b18 gsr cams for that but still with no other mods to support it not really worth it
