Well for those that have owned this motor how'd you like it I am very well interested in investing in it after the holidays.. I currently am running a d series I have driven a b16a2 a b18c1 and a b20vtec... How many of you guys that have owned the b16b have either stroked it replaced it or left it how it was??

I currently have a B16b in my Db. Completely stock with header/exhaust. I absolutely love it. I had both a B18c5 and a B16b at the same time and chose the B16b.

 

Have u raced a gsr/b18c1 how'd u keep up??

 

The only car I've raced was my friends 00' Civic Si. I bet him by probably 3-4 cars. But motor alone doesn't mean anything. Someone could have a B16a in a gutted hatch vs someone in a Gsr Integra and the hatch would win.

 

Yea I know what you mean so u have no regrets with the motor

loved mine. didn't race it on the street but on the road course. engine just felt at home there with those high revs

 

Hi don't understand why everyone bashes on it for the most part people that have it love it

 

*i .... I just want a motor umma be satisfied with and it's down to the b18c1 and the b16b... I was gonna go h22 but I don't care for the cons with the motor same with the b20vtec

I didnt notice any difference between my b16a2 abd my b16b. Although ive had a b17 gsr da.

Overall my favorite was the b16a2 but it was port and polished with itr cans

 

U didn't notice a difference with the itr cams or was it similar with the cams
