B16a2 Soking problem and low compression
Hi i have a problem with my B16A2 Turbo with wiseco forge piston 9-0-1 compression and eagle H beam conecting rods golden eagle block guard. Rebuilt bottom end with ACL Race bearings and washers, block was honed and cleaned. ARP headstuds, and rod bolts,1000cc precision injectors GSR Cams, Civic Type R intake manifold, AEM fuel rail and liquid filled guage. 2000 SIR Transmission, XTD stage 5 clutch, Fidanza 10lbs flywheel.Precision CEA 6262 .82a/r, Greddy Type RS BOV, Turbonetics evolution waste gate. The problem is that i have got my wiseco pistons and eagle H beam rodsinstall at a shop maritime engine they dind my holle block and then i pout my head on and put it in the car he toll me that my pistons to wall clearence was a bit over coss i dind the error of odering stock bore. The clearence was .005 he told me that it was supose to be .003 anyways i put the engine in and start it .The motor was running realy good except i hade an oil leek betwen my motor and trans so i take the car for a drive and i have notice my car was smoking wile accelerating i dind want to push it at all i tought maybe just coss the rings warnt set so i dind like 300 km and the car was still smoking prety bad underload so i got sombody to cheek it and he sayd that my turbo was gone but the turbo only had 300 km as well so i bring it home and cheek my compresion and notice that my first cylinder was 165 psi second was 150 psi the third 165 psi and 4 only had 120 psi i stil had my injector plug in and dint had the gas to the floor but still has way to of in those 2 cylinders.Notice in my 2 cylinder on my top of piston were the valve set the exhaust one it hade fresh oil not burnt on it so now i dont know what to cheek let me know what you guy think thanks ?
Yikes ... It may be the head gasket beginning to leak.
There's also the possibility that whoever installed your engine internals didn't do it properly.

The only way I can think of getting oil on top of the piston, is that the piston rings are not installed right. I had a shop assemble my block so im not sure if they machine the piston rings to fit. If your getting oil leaking oil between the block and trans. Maybe the block or head wasn't decked right.
Yah but the leeking oil betwen my trans and motor was another job he dind it was leeking where my crank case is. i was wondering if it could be my valve ?
It could be leaky valve seals. If not then rings. Or blown head gasket. I got oil on my pistons too. Fresh rebuild. I need mine checked out.
