Default B16a2 into EG Si Civic

Alright. I need the facts. I am getting tons of different opions on how to do this and I don't know which one to accept.

WIRING HARNESS:
I have my d16 pulled out and wiring harness pulled off the motor. I also have the wiring harness on the b16 removed and about 75% of the wiring from my d16 harness on my b16. The wires that are not plugging in properly are the altenator and the distributor and a few other wires. Should I use the obdI gsr harness or re-wire the d16 harness, or is there somthing totally different I can do?

ECU:
Also programming the ECU or using the b16 ECU. Which route should I go with. I heard the SKunk2 ECU chip will work the best in my p28, is this true?

MOUNTS:
Ugh... Mounts. This is the worst. Some say I need my d16 mounts, some say the b16, some say the b18, some say you need some from the del sol vtec, some say any b-series mounts. I have all the b16 mounts except the drivers side. So I am wondering is it possible to run all the b16 mounts with my d16 drivers side mount. And I also snatched a gsr mount for the rear, is that a good idea or should I stick with the b16 rear mount.

I appreciate anyone willing to try to help me. Thanks!

use the gsr rear mount, thats is what i used same car same year same motor swap and i used my old d16 mounts for the rest so it can be done and it's really up to you b16 mounts or d16 mounts. i would use the gsr ecu but thats my opinion, as for the wiring harness i used a jdm b16 wiring harness a just made the wires longer cause everything is on the wrong side.

Use your Si wiring harness, since u already have vtec wired, just extend the wires needed. The alternator and distributor should plug right in unless you have a obd2 b16 swap. If you do, rewire your obd2 dizzy to obd1 using your old d16z6 plugs or sell your obd2 dizzy and buy an obd1 dizzy. Sell the obd2 alternator and buy an obd1 one to plug and play, or just cut and soldier the wires. I would just sell yours and buy an obd0/1 alternator(1990-1995 integra alternators will be perfect)

Just chip your p28 w/ a skunk2. It sounds like you have an obd2 motor and you dont want to worry about finding a p30 THEN having to wire up knock. This way its a plug and play deal, no wires to **** with and add.

Mounts are easy. Ive never heard of anyone using D series mounts *shrug* but the guy that posted b4 me said it works so I dunno. Use an integra drivers side mount, I know for a fact its ALOT stronger then a D series. Make sure that you have the correct rear tranny bracket and a GSR mount for the rear should work just fine. So, get either 94-01 integra mounts, or JDM 92-95 SiR EG mounts. Its pretty straight foward.
