Default B16a vs. mini-me

I have a question. Currently I have a D16A6/Z6 mini-me. The car dyno'ed at 115hp and 103 ft-lbs of torque. But the car burns some oil and I thinking about just going with a B16a. So my question is will the mini-me setup make more power and torque below roughly 6000rpms? It seems that the D16 SOHC's make more mid-range and low end and the B16a's make their 160hp up top.

I just don't want to go B16a and have the car be slower below 6Krpms. What do ya'll think?

go with the b16, first off it is built that way by honda so you run into less probs. secondly the only time your going to be under 6k is in first gear

yeah, rod lenght/ratio on the d16 is made for better breathing at lower rpm's than b16; but then again, you sayd you made 115hp, well usually b16's have like 145/150 so...
