Default B16a vs B18a - part 2 (ignore the first post)

B16a with VTEC head verses a B18a with VTEC head.

Which would you choose for all motor?
Which would you choose for turbo?
Which would you choose for supercharger?
Which would you choose for nitrous

Thanks!

Stock B18a/vtec will be faster then a stock b16a. Neither will be all that fast until you open up your wallet.

I personally would take the B16 first even tho I hate that block... Atleast you have a VTEC head and tranny to work with later when you swap the block... I peronally hate superchargers because they're too damn inefficient... My favorite is obviously turbo and only when you have a built block... The thing is if you spend the same amount on the LSVTEC as the B16A the LSVTEC is always going to be faster... For N/A definately the LSVTEC, the B16 isn't ever going to have torque with that crank... And for nitrous it's just like boost... Either will work but the LSVTEC has more potential... You might have seen these pics already but we got all motor and turbo, i'll get some of the nitrous motors up soon... Peace
