Default B16a tunning in g1teg

I've got a B16a gen1 with S1 tranny in my G1 teg. i have coldair long intake/2.5" straight thru pipe with a muffler(no cat) with Splitfire Platinum plugs and magnecor 9.3mm plug wires. I also have a FPR added after the stock one. Im on stock clutch with stock timings and all.

Kindly suggest at what fuel pressure my FPR should be set at!!! im also about to add custom 4-2-1 headers.

how much difference would they make? any idea?
Main concerned is my Idle fuelrpessure what should it be??? for maximum performance.
One thing more, how much tooth does B16a clutch and flywheel has????

thanks

Start at 40psi (vacuum connected)

Throw those spark plugs away, and get some NGK Coppers.
