Default B16a problems

I have a 99 b16a2. With i/h/e, fuel rail, fuel pressure, fuel filter, fuel pump, msd everything, field vafc, no cat, plus more. My problem is that my car is running very rich. I will be driving and once in a while it will stall out of nowhere. Then it starts again but it will stall if rpm drops below 2500. I think it is a faulty o2 sensor i have also been told that my fuel pressure regulator could be bad. But it is a new regulator.

Would an o2 sensor problem cause this mess?

(ALSO my check engine light is on from not running a cat. I think)

I have allready verified that it is the secondary o2 sensor, but it saying that because i have not catlytic converter. I just want to know if these are the symptoms of an oxygen sensor.

A secondary O2 sensor fatilure should not cause the car to act that way as long as the primary o2 sensor is still functioning properly.

Has anyone ever heard or know what causes my car to do this.

Sounds like the fuel map is off. (Might be the Fuel/Air controller)

Any error codes? (Aside from no O2 sensor)

No oher codes than secondary o2 sensor. I have been told that it might be the fuel map. Could this be caused by my vtec controller.
