Default B16a FPR same flow as B18c FPR?

Are they the exact same? Do they flow the same? If they are different will a b18c with a b16a fpr lower emissions?
Thanks, Ryan

So a b16a one on my b18c wouldnt lower my hydrocarbons? How do I know if mine is working properly?

Im not sure about the ones that you are asking, but a fpr from a b18b gives out different pressure than a b16 one

I think they're about the same.
With an adj. fpr. you can lower psi.
lowers emissions at the same time.

Get a gage. eliminate the guesswork. If you have hi-flow fuel pump like walbro 255. Expect to see a 6-8 psi gain.

Don't want to jack the thread. Will the sir1 fpr fit on an 95 gsr rail? I'm doing an im swap soon.

I have a stock pump, how can I lower the hydrocarbons? Is it possible to lower it buy adjusting my fuel pressure? So with a gauge I will be able to see how its running?

PS, I think all b series fpr's mount the same.

What kind of mods you got? I assume it's smog time?
With the gage it's alot easier to see what going on.
You would notice if your running too rich/lean.
That was one of my first mods after i did my swap.
I also think b series fprs are the same psi.

Its for ref, and it seems like its running rich. I have a jdm b18c, intake, 64mm tb, S2 im, header, exhaust. It passed visual, but the HC's were very high at idle only.

I can get the external gauge and plug it into the front of the head where that bolt is too, right?

if you got the adj fpr you could probably lower your fpr which means less hc.
Set it to 38 psi for smog testing only. reinstall the stock ecu.
You're not gonna like driving to the ref. car will probably feel like ****.
Sounds like the cat is plugged. I failed the idle test because of a clogged cat.
There's an rpm limit during testing at idle. It's like 750-1100 out here.
i say raise it to like 1000. Every little thing helps. do tune-up/oil change.

I mounted my gage on the outlet of the fuel filter.
You've helped me out b4, glad to help you out.

If all fails a $100 tip should get you a certificate.
