No, the only non-OBD distributor that will bolt to that B16A1 head is a B16A1 distributor. However, it does use 90-91 Integra and 88-91 Civic internal parts.

The distributor is a harder find as only the JDM one is truly a bolt-on fix. You can use the '90-1 Integra distributors provided you knock off one of the mounting legs - otherwise it will not bolt on. In the case of EFs the '92-3 GS-R ones will not work as they will expect to be mated up to an EG style engine harness.
