b16a cooling system pressure?

b16a cooling system pressure?
I was wondering how much pressure a b16a cooling system puts out?
Reason is that there's a nipple coming off the back of the block were coolant went to something but it is not needed now. The issue is the rubber caps start to fall apart every 4-6months, and im not sure if its the pressure of the system or the coolant heat or what..
