I've got a b16a. It idles about 1500rpm on start up. Then after you drive a while and come to a red light it idles about 1500rpm then drops down to normal. The temp hand goes from 1/4 warm to cold. And my wideband shows about 13 when idling at a red light. My fan doesn't come on either. So could it be a bad ect.
