Are b16 and ls spring retainers the same? The reason I am asking is because I am putting together a b16 head and I have all of the valvetrain except the spring retainers. Could I just use the retainers from my ls head?

B-series Vtec head internals are different from their Non-Vtec counterparts. So the answer would be no they will not work.
